Overdrive, the audiobook download service we provide, has been a huge success! Patrons appreciate the convenience and ease of downloading books anywhere they happen to be.

 

"We were pleasantly surprised to find that patrons have no trouble downloading audiobooks. It really is very easy," according to Ralph Oppenheim, Popular Services Coordinator at the Main Library.

 

The collection has been growing steadily. Proof of the success of the service is the fact that we are getting close to our 1,000th download. To celebrate we're going to be giving away an MP3 device to the lucky patron who downloads that one-thousandth book.

 

(Hint: as of July 4 books have been downloaded a total of 923 times.)
