Come to the Tea Party!

 

The Youth Services Department at the Main Library will be magically transformed into a castle on Saturday, Aug. 20, at 11 a.m. at the seventh annual Princess Tea Party.

 

Children from all over the kingdom are invited to attend the event hosted by Queen Stacy and her royal subjects.

 

"This has become the premier event for the whole family," declares Queen Stacy. "Parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles all attend with their cameras ready to get the perfect shot of their little princess or prince."

 

There will be activities such as stories, singing, dancing, crafts, a lot of fun games, a parade with princesses, and a tea party. Children are encouraged to come dressed as their favorite princess, prince, knight, or frog. This event is free and is open to anyone who believes in fairy tales.
