
The Cabell County Public Library has received a grant from the American Library Association and Nextbook to host two Jewish Literature Discussion series. The first program will explore A Journey to the End of the Millennium by A.B. Yehoshua and will be held on Sunday, August 19 at 2 pm at the Main Library. The discussion will be led by Professor Matthew C. Wolfe of Ohio University Southern Campus and Rabbi David E. Wucher of B'nai Sholom Congregation. More>
All young ladies and gentlemen throughout the kingdom are invited to the 3rd annual Princess Tea Party at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 18 at the main library. Queen Stacy will give you the royal treatment as she reads stories, plays games, and hosts a grand tea party that even Cinderella’s mean stepsisters would love. Come dressed as your favorite princess, prince, frog, or jester and receive a special prize.
